The chakras or energy vortexes are spiritual centers through which we are nourished with higher energies. Through them, we can have access to non-physical perception such as telepathy, intuition and clairvoyance, gain access to conscious out-of-body experiences, and also experience heightened states in everyday life. As a follow-up from the last week practice, in this Saturday exercise we will both activate and cleanse the chakras by using sounds and visualization.
