Spiritual Protection in the Astral Plane (Part II)

Two very effective recitation techniques to dispell negtivity are called Bellilin and Jupiter. Performing Jupiter recitation in the astral should be done in the following way: place the palm of your left hand on the solar plexus area, and point your right hand towards a spirit you want to dispell.
